When and Where

This years AGM is going to be held at Gilwell on Sunday 23rd October at 11.00am in the Pack Holiday Centre.

Dress for AGM -

  • Full Scout Uniform for Warranted Leaders
  • SSUKF Uniform for others
  • (SSUKF Polo Shirt and Necker)

Full details of the fun to be had during the 10th Anniversary Weekend and AGM will be sent out soon along with a booking form and be available to download here.

 

 

This years AGM is also our 10th Anniversary!

 

Because this year is our 10th anniversary we intend to do something special. What we do exactly hasn't be decided yet, a form went out sometime ago with some options.

The options included:

  • A show in London
  • A meal in London
  • Working at Gilwell for the day
  • Party in the evening
  • Sightseeing in London
  • and some others options

The events co-ordinator will collate all the replies and go with the majority. More information to come soon.
